Installing updates on your Dell Laptop

Install BeyondTrust - This will give you the rights to install programs.
1.    Click the Start button. Select Settings and Control Panel. Double click Program & Features. Click on the "Install a program from network" link.
2.    Double click the BeyondTrust Privilege Manager Client once it appears.
3.    Click the Restart button when prompted.

5. How do I activate the Webcam?
1.    Click the Start button (the Windows button in the lower left hand corner) then select Run...
2.    Type in \\w007zen1\webcam
3.    Right click the blue icon labeled setup
4.    Select PM- Run Elevated
5.    In the Justification box type in the reason that you want the software. Then type in your AD password. Click the OK button.

 

Install any other software

1-2. Find the program's install file (install.exe , setup.exe, ...).
